Introductory Yoga Program

Syllabus

Level 1

Students are introduced to the primary asanas including standing postures, which help develop strength, stability, stamina, concentration and alignment.

Level 2

Introduces asanas to gain confidence, balance, flexibility, strength, focus and stability. Introductory Pranayamas will teach students how to breathe properly and comfortably.

About the Teacher

Narenthran S.Virakannu is a Certified Iyengar Yoga teacher who has trained under senior Iyengar teachers. He is also a visiting Yoga instructor at MTC. He has many years of experience and has taught students from diverse countries including Malaysia, Japan, America, Europe, Iran and Australia.
